スリランカの学会、大学で内観療法についてお話しさせていただきました。
日本仏教哲学より創設された内観はスリランカで高い関心を寄せられ、スリランカの大学で内観の実施、共同研究を行うことになるかもしれません。
素晴らしい仏教遺跡を拝見し、寺院に宿泊させていただき、善き人々との出会いに恵まれました。犬、猫、猿など野生の動物が町中でのんびりと過ごす姿に、スリランカの人々の、全ての生命を尊ぶ仏教への帰依心が偲ばれました。
　

ところで、このFBを閉じることと致しました。先日、お会いしたこともなく、当センターの研修内容の詳細もご存知ない方より、批判的なコメントが寄せられたからです。
SNSの普及は、多くの方と繋がることができる反面、このような残念なことが起こりえます。これまでセンターに来ていただいたお一人お一人に真剣に向き合い、カウンセリングにも時間をかけ、貴重なご縁を、心より大切にしてきました。一生懸命積み上げてきたものが、心ない一言で崩されてしまいかねない、SNSはそんな危険性をはらんでいることも事実です。

I have just returned from Sri Lanka where I lectured in some universities and conversed with many monks and teachers about Naikan Therapy. I visited some beautiful temples and also met many sincere Buddhist followers. In the near future, I am hoping to start Mind and Body Naikan therapy at universities and temples in Sri Lanka.
　
In the meantime, I have decided to close this Facebook site and to restrict future communications to my website. Recently, an individual whom I haven't met and who does not know any details about what goes on in my center has posted critical evaluations on the FB page. While SNS provides us with many benefits by being able to connect with people, it also opens a door to problems such as this. Despite my putting in lots of effort on behalf of my clients, effort that is appreciated, a message like this can create confusion and negatively affect the work I am doing.
